I am an organization development consultant and leadership coach. Although I have a significant healthcare background, I have provide consulting and coaching in many different industries including government, higher education, multinational, and nonprofit. I am also an adjunct faculty member in Georgetown University School of Continuing Studies specifically the Organization Development and Change Leadership program. I am also retired Navy.
