Products & Services
We provide training and support for our clients to build intercultural competence within educational institutions, government agencies, non-profit organizations, corporations, and other organizations through implementation of the Intercultural Development Inventory®.
How the IDI Works
IDI results can inform organizational goals and policies, support team Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives, be used as a measure to evaluate programs, or help individuals grow their intercultural competency through targeted learning.
Assessment & Reports
The IDI is administered at the individual level and results are generated and shared by IDI Qualified Administrators (QAs) in IDI Profile Reports. These custom reports provide detailed information for individuals and groups about how they approach cultural differences.
Qualifying Seminar
Individuals wishing to purchase and administer the IDI will attend an IDI Qualifying Seminar (QS). The QS, facilitated by expert IDI Faculty, educates participants on the theory and background of the IDI. It also provides training to interpret and share IDI results with groups and individuals.

Intercultural Conflict Style Inventory® (ICS®)
The Intercultural Conflict Style® (ICS®) Inventory is an excellent cross culturally valid assessment for helping individuals and groups to better understand their approach to conflict, improve communication, and resolve conflict across cultural differences. The ICS can be used in conjunction with the IDI or as a standalone tool.
