John is an Occupational Therapist who graduated from the Universidad de Playa Ancha, Valparaiso, Chile. He received a Master's in Strategic Consulting from Universidad de Valencia, Spain. An international lecturer on social topics related to Occupational Therapy, culture and communities. John is also a member of the Human Rights Commission, Community Education Council and Willmar Area Arts Council, all of them located in the City of Willmar, MN, where he lives.
John is a co-founder of Purpose Artisans, a non-profit organization, www.purposeartisans.org, that uses a cross-cultural approach to promote a sense of belonging while addressing social justice issues through community engagement. Group experiences can include community art, drum circles, and photography.
