As a Leadership Development Guide, I have used IDI as part of development programs within various settings from corporate to non-profit. My own journey with IDI began in 2015 and its has opened up amazing dialogues with leaders I have debriefed and coached all over the world. Doing debriefs for leaders in Beijing was fascinating and the process has universal appeal and application.
