Served as the Director of the EL Bridge Program and Academic Support at Longwood University prior to retirement. In this capacity, I taught courses focused on intercultural sensitivity, equipping students with the skills to navigate diverse environments.

 

Earned a Ph.D. in Adult Education from Virginia Commonwealth University and an M.A. in Human Resources Development from George Washington University.

 

Administered the Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI) to a range of participants, including students, faculty, and HR professionals. Delivered presentations on the Intercultural Development Continuum (IDC) at professional conferences.

 

Selected as a Fulbright Scholar to The University of Chile. Held teaching positions at the Guangdong University of Foreign Studies in Guangzhou, China, and the Anhui University of Technology in Anhui, China. Qualified as a QA since 2014, with extensive experience supporting academic and professional development in intercultural contexts.
