Jeff is an educator with more than 14 years at International School Manila, where he serves as Curriculum Coordinator. His work has centered on designing and aligning curriculum across a diverse, multinational school community, supporting teachers in building learning experiences that reflect the backgrounds and perspectives of the students in front of them.
As an IDI Qualified Administrator, Jeff is interested in using the Intercultural Development Inventory to help educators and school leaders understand how they make sense of cultural difference, and to turn that insight into practical growth in classrooms and teams.
