Jenny has almost 20 years of experience helping companies shape inclusive cultures, embed equity into existing practices, advance cultural fluency capabilities, and empower inclusive leadership. Since 2025, Jenny has served as Belonging Program Manager at Trilogy Health Services, where she leads a range of Belonging initiatives. Previous roles include Inclusive Excellence Advisor at American Family Insurance, ERG Manager at Brown-Forman, and Diversity & Inclusion Learning Consultant at Humana.
Jenny has created positive change at every stage of the employee lifecycle through leadership of learning & development programs and ERGs, analysis of employee experience data and HR policies, and partnership with multiple stakeholders in matrixed organizations. She views the IDI as an impactful catalyst for both professional and personal growth.
