An as experienced educator, coach and leader, Corey focuses on building teams and retaining individuals by creating culturally responsive work spaces and learning environments. Corey uses both the Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI) and Intercultural Conflict Styles (ICS) to help individuals understand their own beliefs and values and how they are present when interacting with others.
