Kimberly has more than 15 years of experience in Training and Development having worked in government, non-profit (including a religious denomination), and corporate sectors. Having worked in both predominantly white organizations and predominantly black organizations, Kimberly has a unique experience managing leadership development for employees with a focus on diversity, equity, inclusion. With a passion for this work, she has further developed her skills by earning the Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD) designation as well as becoming a Qualified Administrator (QA) for the Intercultural Development Inventory.

Kimberly is a graduate of Spelman College with a Bachelor's degree in Economics (Minor in Management & Organization), MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management (Concentrations: Management & Organization, Marketing, Entrepreneurship & Innovation), and is a Fellow of the Chicago Urban League's IMPACT Leadership Development Program. She currently serves as secretary on the IMPACT Alumni Association Executive Board.
