About

Riki (she/her) holds a Master’s in Public Administration from Gannon University and brings over a decade of experience in international higher education. Early in her career, Riki had the unique opportunity to advise student groups participating in non-credit-bearing international programs focused on cross-cultural learning. This experience sparked a lasting passion for facilitating intercultural learning outside of traditional classroom settings. Riki is a Qualified Administrator of the Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI) and a Certified Cultural Intelligence (CQ) Facilitator. She has also completed Train-the-Trainer certifications in both Cultural Intelligence and Unconscious Bias. Driven by a commitment to advancing cross-cultural learning and institutional efforts in diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB), Riki is dedicated to integrating meaningful intercultural opportunities into higher education. Outside of work, Riki is an avid outdoor enthusiast who enjoys hiking, kayaking, gardening, and cross-country skiing. She lives in Erie, Pennsylvania with her husband and toddler.
