About

Dionne Lambert is a seasoned facilitator, educator, and bridge-builder who helps individuals and organizations create environments where people feel seen, valued, and empowered to thrive. As the Executive Director for Resilience & Belonging at The University of Tulsa, she leads campus-wide efforts to cultivate inclusive leadership, foster authentic engagement, and strengthen the social and emotional fabric of the community. With a background that spans elementary as well as higher education, public service, and community partnerships, Dionne brings a grounded, people-centered approach to her work. She specializes in guiding conversations around identity, purpose, and connection—helping others build the self-awareness and relational tools needed to navigate complexity with clarity and compassion. Dionne has designed and led transformative workshops and learning experiences for a wide range of audiences, including city leaders, nonprofit coalitions, and corporate teams. Her facilitation style is rooted in storytelling, curiosity, and care—inviting participants to explore both individual and collective growth. Whether working with executive leadership or frontline staff, her goal remains the same: to create spaces where healing, belonging, and accountability can coexist. A lifelong creative, Dionne also draws on her background in music and the arts to bring depth, empathy, and imagination to her work. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Oral Roberts University and is a past recipient of the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation’s Community Research for Health Equity grant. Dionne’s mission is to support people and institutions in becoming more whole—starting from the inside out.
