I am a seasoned HR executive and IDI Qualified Administrator with over 15 years of experience leading human resources, DEIA strategy, and organizational development across the nonprofit and philanthropic sectors. My work centers on advancing racial equity and helping mission-driven organizations move beyond intention to embed equity and inclusion into the fabric of their culture, policies, and practices.
With executive experience and a strong background working with boards of directors, senior leadership teams, and cross-functional staff, I bring a strategic and collaborative approach to building equitable workplaces. I support organizations in deepening their understanding of systemic inequities, power dynamics, and intercultural development—using tools like the Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI) to drive growth, accountability, and lasting change.
