About

I built Rice Creek Consulting to strengthen and harmonize teams through organizational culture, and talent strategies.

We tackle challenges related to recruitment, retention, cultural alignment, and leadership development. We Analyze turnover drivers, Nurture inclusive work environments, Curate impactful training programs, Design people-centered initiatives. Our approach is rooted in analytics, discovery and a deep commitment to fostering inclusive, and high-performing workplaces. We believe you can be kind, do good, and succeed.

RCC creates exceptional culture strategies through authentic conversations, and assessments. We partner with organizations to achieve their goals while driving positive social impact. I have a unique background as a trans-racial, trans-national adoptee from Honduras. This presented a life of duality while navigating my multicultural lens. I utilize my 16yrs of people experience, education, and nuanced perspective to bridge community gaps. This is a big part of my story, and success in cultivating accessible spaces for all. When I’m not working, I’m likely on a nature walk with my French Bulldog (and favorite coworker), Tuco.
