I have been an IDI QA since 2013 and have ample experience conducting debriefs and facilitating intercultural learning programs. I am the founder of Shift Intercultural LLC, which offers curriculum development, professional development, IDI debriefs and coaching, program assessment, among other consulting services.
I have been a faculty member at the University of Minnesota, Colorado College, and Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez (Chile). I was also Academic Director of Intercultural Learning at CIEE: Council on International Educational Exchange.
I am fluent in Spanish and lived and worked in Chile for 16 years. I hold a master's degree in Latin American Cultural Studies and a doctorate in Hispanic Literature from the Universidad de Chile.
