Dr. Cornell has worked in the DEIB space for over 10 years. He has worked with higher education, tech, and entertainment organizations in developing their DEIB acumen and setting goals. Dr. Cornell earned a bachelors in Organizational Communications Management and Design from Ithaca College, a masters in Higher Education and Student Affairs Administration from the University of Vermont, and a doctorate in Organizational Change and Leadership from the University of Southern California. He lived in Northern California with his husband and their two dogs, London and Rome.
