Lillian Forsyth is a coach, consultant and workshop facilitator in the areas of communications, leadership, and diversity, equity & inclusion. She has led operations and human resources for both for-profit and nonprofit organizations, and has gained unique cultural and leadership perspectives from her extensive experience living and working abroad. In working with organizations, Lillian’s goal is to help leaders drive retention and engagement of diverse teams by providing training, coaching, and consulting on inclusive leadership. In working with individuals, Lillian’s goal is to help purpose driven women claim their power and impact their world in a bigger way.
