I come from a large family with a variety of personalities. Inability to thrive together was never an option for us thus, we had to get to know each other, live with each other and appreciate each other. As a result of this early life experience, I delight in seeing individuals, and by extension organizations, achieve their full potential. This involves growing in one's understanding of self and of others which, in turn, results in acceptance and ability to better work with others. I believe that the IDI is a good starting point in this process.
