Herman Armstrong is the founder of Kathairo Solutions, where he partners with organizational leaders to strengthen cultural intelligence, emotional intelligence, and organizational health. Through coaching and training, he helps individuals and teams navigate cultural differences with greater self-awareness, empathy, and effectiveness.
Herman brings both lived experience and academic preparation to his work. He holds the Certificate in School Management and Leadership (CSML) from Harvard and is currently pursuing a Doctor of Ministry in Leadership with a focus on organizational culture and cross-cultural leadership. His work is grounded in practical tools, reflective practice, and a commitment to meaningful, long-term change.
