Herman C. Armstrong serves as Director of Ministries for Restore St. Louis. He has worked for several organizations as an expert in urban education and cross-cultural communication. He holds a B.S. in Biology, an MBA, and a Master of Theological Studies with an emphasis in Counseling. Shortly after beginning a career as an Industrial Chemist, he felt led to leave the corporate world and pursue a career in the education sector. Through Kathairo Solutions, LLC, he focuses on helping organizations effectively navigate cross-cultural relationships. Herman has served as Pastor, Professor, and Head of School. He is the recipient of the Certificate in Management and Leadership from the Harvard Business School. Herman is married to Kim, and they have three beautiful children.
