I am a passionate advocate for diversity and inclusion, with a focus on racial diversity, intercultural competence and equity on top of LGBTQ+ visibility and inclusion in the workplace and the wider society.
I have led Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) for different teams at Google for 7+ years and I am an active speaker in various DEI-focused events internationally. I am part of NASA's Astrophysics Division database of IDEA (Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, Accessibility) serving on Inclusion Panels to evaluate scientific research proposals.
I have a strong understanding of the challenges and opportunities that organisations face when it comes to diversity and inclusion. I am also an experienced facilitator and trainer, and I have a passion for helping others to understand and embrace diversity.
