Hello! My name is Khalilah Pitt and I've been a Qualified Administer of the IDI since 2021. I've done individual and group debriefs for YMCA Leaders across the USA and supported several of those leaders in coaching through their IDI Plans. In my current role at YMCA of the USA, I serve to promote multiculturalism and equip multicultural leaders in our organization to secure seats in the most senior level positions within the Y. I work remotely in Florida and am open and available to support all aspects of administration of the IDI for an individual or organization.
