About

Dr. Siri Erickson is Founder and Coach at Compassionate Way, a coaching and empowerment practice that helps people find more compassionate ways to be in relationship with themselves and others, to heal and care for their bodies, minds, and spirits, to lead organizations and teams, and to do meaningful work that makes society better. Prior to starting Compassionate Way, Siri held a variety of leadership roles in the non-profit, faith, and higher education sectors. She holds a B.A. in chemistry from Carleton College and a M.Div. and D.Min. in Contemplative Practice, Spiritual Renewal, and Strategic Leadership from Claremont School of Theology. In her coaching, she combines IDI work with other certifications and skills. Siri is a certified Clinical EFT/Tapping Practitioner, a certified Menopause Doula, and a Rostered Leader in the ELCA.
