Hello,
I am an ICF-certified ACC Coach currently based in India. I was born and raised in Europe. I work with clients across the globe to help them experience positive intercultural belonging. As I travel regularly globally, I efficiently work in all time zones. I help leaders develop and transform their leadership style to have the awareness and skills to lead and navigate themselves through fast-changing times.
Having been an executive in the BFSI space for more than 15 years in significantly different cultures (Belgium, Switzerland, New York, US, India), I collaborate with my clients to become self-regulating, adaptive, and resilient.
As an entrepreneur, I started my own company, www.thisismytable.com, where I offer coaching (1:1 and group coaching) and Intercultural Competence Training.
To help clients on a professional level, I obtained the ICF ACC certification. I am a licensed practitioner of the Energy Leadership Index (ELI) Assessment of iPEC and the Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI).
My curiosity for constant learning leads me to be an active member of the ICF, SIETAR, and the Japan Intercultural Institute, where I am currently pursuing my certification in "Brain, Mind and Culture Masterclass."
My mission is to help as many people experience positive intercultural belonging through awareness creation, multidimensional thinking, and transforming into an open mindset.
