My mission is to make an impact by helping people and organizations meet their potential and achieve their goals. I lead the development and implementation of strategies and programs that promote a culture of belonging, respect, and equity for our members and staff. I design and facilitate engaging and interactive workshops, trainings, and events that foster awareness, dialogue, and action on diversity and inclusion topics. I also collaborate with internal and external partners to align our diversity and inclusion efforts with our organizational vision and values. I am passionate about creating positive and inclusive environments where everyone can thrive.
