Dr. Abby Woods is an executive coach for transformative change. Her purpose and passion is to ensure that every individual is able to achieve their greatest leadership capacity. She does this by creating spaces that bring out honesty and trust, providing participants an opportunity to face difficult situations, and giving people choices in navigating their growth.
Dr. Woods is an educational leader, having earned her Bachelor’s Degree from Millikin University, Master’s Degree in Organizational Leadership from University of Illinois, Interdisciplinary Studies in Curriculum and Instruction from National Louis and her doctorate in Educational Administration from University of South Carolina. Dr. Woods has completed the Executive Leadership Coaching program from Georgetown University, earned her ACC credential from the International Coaching Federation and is certified in a variety of assessments, including the Intercultural Development Inventory as a Qualified Administrator, Core Gift Interview, Growth Edge Interview (GEI) and The Leadership Circle Profile. She is an adjunct professor at The Citadel, living in Charleston, SC, with her husband, four children, and two dogs.
