I am the Principal and Managing Director of Strategy & Effectiveness, LLC, (S&E), a woman owned small business working with individuals, private companies, governments and public sector entities. As a purpose driven company, S&E invests in strategic initiatives that change lives, create value and social impact. Our mission is to develop high performing leaders, systems and enterprises by improving capacity, leadership, collaborative and cultural competencies. We utilize multiple impact strategies including assessments, consultation, coaching and facilation. Our cross-sector partners include nonprofits, intermediaries, governments, the public sector, and business enterprises. We find solutions to complex challenges, foster growth, and enhance performance.
My professional background is in psychology, strategy, leadership and management. As a practitioner, I specialize in individual and organizational behavior. I am an executive leadership coach, certified by Korn ferry International and by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), an intercultural development coach qualified by IDI LLC, and also certified by the Carlson School of Management in General Management Excellence. I engage in individual, team and organizational coaching through the lens of culture. My professional qualifications allow me to use a variety of individual and organizational assessment tools to facilitate the development of both individuals and organizations. I am passionate about helping others develop to their full potential.
