For over 16 years Nicole has served her communities by working in Early Childhood and K-12 administration and classrooms; with a focus on centering Diversity, Equity and Inclusion within her work and is an IDI® Qualified Administrator. As a Mental Health Practitioner, Nicole has experience working with youth and families across the country from Southern California, Philadelphia, Atlanta, and Southeastern MN. Her passion for equity is seen in her work helping to develop equity strategic plans for school districts and business, in multiple training, and facilitationof equity centered work. Nicole is motivated through personal and professional experiences, and will continue to strive for equity, access, and opportunity for all children and their families.
