Suzette is a DEIB-focused strategist with expertise in UX research. Drawing from her lived experiences as a Panamanian-American and her academic background in Human Factors, she is able to design programming for people from diverse backgrounds. As a recent graduate of Bentley University, holding an M.S. in Human Factors in Information Design, she brings a unique perspective that blends cultural insights with scientific understanding. Her professional background in talent experience enhances her expertise in understanding and supporting individuals in their cultural competence journey.
