About

I am the the Director of Institutional Research and Effectiveness at Arcadia University and serves the University community by working collaboratively across the institution to provide data, information, and analyses that support and strengthen evidence-based planning and decision-making at the University. I provide leadership in University-wide efforts for assessment, accreditation, strategic planning, and overall institutional effectiveness. My career includes more than fifteen years in an institutional research and assessment role in higher education. Currently, I co-chair the University's Strategic Leadership Team, Institutional Effectiveness Committee, the University Data Governance Core Team. I chair the University Data Stewards Committee. I was a member of the President's Justice Equity Diversity and Inclusion Commission (JEDI). I became a Qualified Administrator for the Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI) in 2020. Over the last three years I and have supported hundreds in completing the IDI and conducted dozens of individual and team debriefs. I am a committed practitioner supporting IDI use for individual and team development. I am a member of the Association for Institutional Research (AIR), North East Association for Institutional Research (NEAIR), American Evaluation Association (AEA), Association for the Study of Higher Education (ASHE), Northeast Educational Research Association (NERA), and Society for College and University Planning. I earned an Ed.D. from St. John Fisher University and M.P.A. and B.A. degrees from The Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs at Syracuse University.
