I have been a Qualified Administrator since 2015. I've provided IDI services through multiple platforms and industries. Some examples include:
1. Conversations with healthcare professionals and how bridging across difference can benefit the care they provide.
2. Individual and group facilitation around identity development as a college student and navigating interactions with peers with different backgrounds than their own
3. Debriefs focused on strategies improving customer service
4. Contributing to school district initiatives by holding initial debriefs and follow-up debriefs throughout the school year.
