I have many years of experience in professional and leadership development. I am particularly excited to see new understanding land on groups that I work with. I believe we all have a story that has created the unique individuals we all are. Each story should be accepted non-judgmentally. From that starting point we move forward to reflect and understand the IDI results with a focus on expanding capacity.
I received my QA training in June of 2019 and have been using IDI regularly with teams and individuals to support growth in areas of self-awareness, team growth and inclusive leadership.
I do live in Knoxville, TN and am open to doing some travel in this capacity.
