About
I'm Michelle, partner and mother of two boys, a realistic idealist who loves to be outdoors. Building bridges between people, departments, cultures and disciplines is my passion and my strength, making sure all voices are heard. I believe it's necessary to create a safe space while not shying away from the brave things that need to be said. I have extensive experience with IDI debriefs in the educational field in both English and Dutch, have taught professionals in intercultural awareness in workshop settings and guided group conversations on topics ranging from inclusive policies on the management level to specific topics such as micro-agressions. I'm happy to discuss what I can do for you and/or your organisation.
