About
Jackie Broussard (she/her) is a Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) consultant with a focus on International Education. She helps Student Travel non-profit organizations and university Study Abroad offices create more inclusive programming, policies and practices through the use of:
-Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) assessments
-workshop design and facilitation in Spanish and English
-consulting to help teams hire more equitably and become more diverse and inclusive in their organizational culture
-the Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI) for the purpose of developing action learning projects to achieve concrete change within organizations.
Jackie holds an undergraduate degree in International Relations and Spanish and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus in International Business.
Her career spans several industries including tech, health & wellness, and education. She has taught at the secondary and university levels and consulted for Fortune 500 companies and nonprofits on global change projects in the U.S., China, Mexico, Panama, Costa Rica and the Dominican Republic.
