Before becoming the Director of the CESA 6 Center 4All in 2021, Kim Walters was involved in public school education for over 20 years where she was a middle school teacher and an instructional coach with a focus on diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging. Kim now works with all organizations to build their capacity to create real transformation for a more inclusive and welcoming culture.
