Nicole creates space for employees and leaders to feel comfortable and heard which allows for her to develop and implement corporate strategies that improve health and wellbeing, and promote employee engagement, inclusion and belonging through broad-based DEI-focused innovative interventions.
Nicole is an accomplished DEI and employee wellbeing practitioner and expertly guides organizations to understand and assess the links between the two areas while bringing DEI to the forefront of the workforce and ensuring it’s maintained as a priority.
Nicole holds certificates in Leadership and Inclusion, Inclusion by Design, and Disability Management and is a Qualified Assessor of the Intercultural Development Inventory. She is also a trained Workplace Investigator and Certified Coach.
