Mary has over 20 years of leadership experience in Human Resources at Fortune 500 companies including Procter & Gamble, Yum! Brands, Inc. (KFC, Pizza Hut and Taco Bell), Fifth Third Bank and GE Aviation. She has a comprehensive background in inclusion, diversity, culture, engagement, change management, employee development, talent management, learning, and organizational effectiveness.
She is the co-chair of Human Rights Campaign Workforce Equality Committee and Color Ball Sponsorship Committee and the Board Secretary for GLAD House.
Mary has a Master’s Degree in Executive Human Resource and Development and a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Leadership from Xavier University in Cincinnati, OH.
