I work in higher education and have been a student affairs practitioner for 8 years. Within my time, I have had an opportunity to engage with the Intercultural Development Inventory for 6 of those years and work with a variety of small and large scale teams. While I have just recently become a Qualified Administrator, my familiarity and knowledge around the IDI is something I am comfortable with and continue to work on deepening my understanding of my own journey.
