I am an Intercultural Development Consultant and the founder of Sights on Success Consulting and the Intercultural Sharing Circle (copyright 2023), a community building endeavour that helps to develop skills that bridge cultural differences. I design team and leadership development programs in Intercultural Competence to support effective Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, Accessibility, and Truth and Reconciliation plans and goals. These programs include: intercultural competence assessment and feedback, workshops, and leadership coaching. I have also presented at conferences (TESL SK, CMHA SK Division) and webinars (ICF Saskatchewan, WESK, etc.) , and my articles have been published online (Charity Village, WESK). I am an IDI QA and an ICF certified leadership coach. I also have a Master of Education degree in Human Resources Development with courses in Leadership, Managing Diversity, and Program Design and Development. My most recent certificate is the 4 Seasons of Reconciliation Course offered by First Nations University of Canada. I have prior international and domestic work and volunteer experience in public service, education, non-profit, immigration and settlement, board governance, and community development.
