Ericka Jones is a highly experienced professional with over twenty years of expertise in global Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) leadership. She has held significant positions at renowned companies such as General Motors, Cargill, Target, and Abercrombie & Fitch. In these roles, Ericka has worked closely with business leaders at all levels to collaboratively develop and implement DEI strategies. Her focus is on coaching individuals to cultivate inclusive and intercultural leadership competencies. Ericka also partners with organizations to enhance their climate and culture by integrating DEI tactics into their business objectives, thereby driving diverse and equitable outcomes. Her vast experience and knowledge in the field make her a valuable asset in creating sustainable and impactful DEI initiatives. Additionally, Ericka holds the qualification of a Qualified Administrator of the International Development Inventory (IDI). This certification showcases her expertise in using the IDI tool to assess and analyze intercultural competence in individuals and organizations.
