Mercedes is the Customer Relations Specialist for IDI, LLC. Mercedes works with IDI Qualified Administrators providing guidance for accessing and managing accounts, assistance with billing, and any other requests for support. Prior to joining IDI, LLC she worked in Behavioral Health and Higher Education for over 10 years.

Mercedes received her Bachelor of Science degree in Behavioral Analysis from Savannah State University and resides in Georgia.
