About
I am a professional development trainer, intercultural educator and Latin American Studies scholar.
I became an IDI QA in 2013 and since then debriefed over 100 individuals from 20 countries. I have facilitated intercultural development seminars and coaching sessions for over ten years.
I have taught Spanish language, literature and intercultural communication courses at the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities, Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez (Chile) and for CIEE: Council on International Educational Exchange.
I hold a Ph.D. in Hispanic American Literature and a master's in Latin American Studies from the Universidad de Chile. I am fully bilingual Spanish-English and lived in Chile for 16 years.
